Residential Pressure Washing

Our residential power washing includes:

  • Residential Homes:
Power washing the outside of your home annually can eliminate the need to paint frequently and make your property the most attractive on the block. Our process removes dirt, mold, mildew, peeling paint and other residues. If you are planning to repaint the outside of your home, power washing first helps prepare the surface and make repainting easier and makes the paint last longer. You may find after one pressure washing that you may not need to paint after all!

  • Residential Pool Enclosures & Patios:
Keeping Florida pool enclosures clean goes far beyond mere aesthetics. This routine upkeep stops and discourages mold, fungus, lichen, algae, and other growths. In addition, airflow is limited when algae is permitted to grow on pool screens. That means it could feel a lot hotter in and around your pool. Even if you can’t see any screen growth, musty smells are an indication that your pool enclosure should be cleaned. Many homeowners’ associations (HOAs) today require regular maintenance and cleaning of pool enclosures and other property structures. That’s partly because not cleaning can quickly cause these structures to fall into disrepair. Damages such as holes, tears, and spline loss are common when proper cleaning is neglected.

  • Residential Sidewalks & Driveways:
Mold, mildew and fungus grow on sidewalks and walkways and are easily tracked into your home. Regularly cleaning sidewalks and walkways not only eliminates a buildup of these dangerous fungi, but also improves the overall look and sanitary health of your home.

  • Soffit & Fascia Cleaning:
Keeping your house trim clean is good preventive maintenance. Cleaning the underside of your eaves where the soffit panels cover the bottom of your rafter tails, and the edge of the roof, where your fascia runs horizontally along the ends of the rafter tails, not only keeps your house looking fresh, it allows you to see early signs of damage or needed repairs. Water pressure is the best tool for cleaning fascia and soffit.

  • Patio Furniture Cleaning:
For all the joys of outdoor living, one of the downfalls is dirty outdoor furniture.  Dirt might seem like a minor inconvenience. But over time, dirt can damage the structural quality of your outdoor pieces. Keeping your furniture clean can impact the lifespan of your outdoor furniture
  • Fences:
Vinyl and wood fences are exposed to the elements.   They will need cleaning to remove the buildup of dirt, algae, mold, and mildew.  We will use a mold treatment to keep the mold at bay.  Yearly power washing helps restore the curb appeal to your property.

  • Stain Removal:
We remove rust stains on your house, driveway, sidewalk and fences, BBQ stains (smoke and grease) on the walls of the lanai, and mold and mildew from all surfaces. Oil is a frequent problem for many of our customers. Concrete is a porous surfaces, and oil goes deeply in those pores, making the oil difficult to remove. The sooner you treat this area, the better your chances to remove this stain. After several pretreatments and wash, we normally see up an improvement on-site, and results will continue to improve with proper sunlight and time. The results of removing oil from any surface is based upon the type of oil and how long the stain was present on the surface.

  • Sheds, Garages & Car Ports:
Regardless of your siding type—metal, wood, or vinyl—it's important to keep it clean. By cleaning your siding on a regular basis, you can remove stains before they become permanent and prevent the growth of mildew.

  • Brick Paver & Natural Stone Cleaning and Sealing:
A brick or  paver stone patio, driveway or sidewalk looks beautiful the first few years after its installation but if it’s not maintained and cleaned regularly then it can quickly start to look like an overgrown road with moss and algae on the pavers themselves and weeds and other organics growing up in between them. Getting your pavers back into shape starts with a good power washing of the surface using a proper surface cleaner. It’s important to use a surface cleaner because it will evenly distribute the water pressure (you don’t want to damage the pavers).  This process will remove all the dirt and grime from the bricks or pavers.
